How can I go on a tour of Denver Union Station?
The Crawford Hotel offers tours of Denver Union Station on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm. Tours are $20 per person and a portion of the proceeds benefits The Crawford’s Dollars For Dreams non-profit partners. Sign up is on a first come first serve and you can register here.

Where are the passenger loading zones for Amtrak passengers?
There are two passenger loading and unloading zones on Wynkoop, where the valet zones are. There is not currently a holding over or waiting area.
Where can I store luggage? Are there lockers?
There are currently no luggage storage services available at Denver Union Station.
What is the difference between a Union Station gift card and a Union Station gift certificate?
Denver Union Station gift cards are only valid at Pigtrain Coffee, Cooper Lounge, ACME Delicatessen, Milkbox Ice Creamery, and Terminal Bar. Denver Union Station gift certificates are valid at ALL locations withing the building except the Crawford Hotel.
