Prepare to embark on a legendary journey on the Union Station Orient Express to 2022. Our New Year’s Eve soirée will transport you to an age of timeless nostalgia and boundless glamour inspired by the world’s most iconic train. Beginning at 8:00 p.m., step aboard as we depart Venice for an enchanting adventure to arrive in Paris just before the stroke of midnight. Every guest aboard the Union Station Orient Express to 2022 will enjoy a glass of Chandon Brut bubbles for the grandest of midnight countdown toasts.
This event will be hosted inside Denver Union Station’s Great Hall. Upgraded experiences will be in Cooper Lounge and the Lower Level Speakeasy of the station
THE MAIN CABIN
$95 per guest
Guests in the Main Cabin will receive a train ticket upon check-in to be punched when traveling to our Venice Bar and Paris Bar to redeem one complimentary Negroni and one St Germain Spritz at each location, respectively. With exquisite décor, alluring music, and an immersive photo studio evoking a Grand Suite on the Orient Express, you will usher in 2022 in the most elegantly celebratory of ways.
Guests will also delight in an immersive travel experience gazing out the windows of the Main Cabin. We cannot reveal exactly how—you will have to see it to believe it—a truly inimitable fireworks display will erupt over the Eiffel Tower as you sip a complimentary glass of bubbles at midnight.
THE BAR CAR AT THE COOPER LOUNGE

For an elevated experience, guests in the Bar Car will enjoy luxurious reserved lounge seating, both a Venetian and a Parisian cocktail, and a glass of Ruinart champagne at midnight. Bar Car patrons shall partake in delicious hors d’oeuvres such as caviar, fresh oysters, and an aperitif cart. Guests of the Bar Car will also have open access to the Main Cabin.
THE DINING CAR

For the most luxurious experience on the Union Station Orient Express to 2022, arrive at 7:00 p.m.—one hour before doors open to others—for an exquisite dining and beverage experience in an exclusive venue. Within the Dining Car, indulge in a lavish supper buffet until 9:30 p.m., passed lite bites and dessert from 10:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., as well as a comprehensive open bar with unlimited premium cocktails and Gaston Chiquet Cuvée Tradition Brut Champagne all evening. As should be expected, patrons of the Dining Car will also enjoy live music. Seating is extremely limited. Guests of the Dining Car will have open access to the Main Cabin as well.

We invite guests to draw inspiration from the old-world glitz and modern sophistication of the Orient Express when selecting a wardrobe for the evening. Cocktail attire is encouraged. All guests must be at least 21 years old.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the health and well-being of Denver Union Station’s guests and visitors continues to be our top priority. In accordance with the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment’s Ninth Amended Public Health Order 20-38, all guests of Union Station’s Orient Express to 2022 New Year’s Eve Celebration Event will be required to provide proof of full vaccination with the name matching a photo ID for event entry. “Full vaccination” is 2 weeks after a second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine. While not required, booster shots and face coverings for guests are highly recommended. All Denver Union Station staff working the event will wear face coverings in addition to providing a fully vaccinated environment. We will continue to follow orders, regulations, and guidance from the City of Denver, the State of Colorado, and the CDC regarding our safety protocols.
