FITNESS ON THE PLAZA
Start your morning with a sense of community and wellness as our Fitness on the Plaza series returns with instructors from The Oxford Club Fitness Center. A series of Yoga, Spin, and Barre Classes will be offered, beginning promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays before the Farmer’s Market. The series will run weekly, beginning June 4th through August 27th, on Wynkoop Plaza in front of Denver Union Station.
Select classes may require a reservation fee, all other classes will be FREE to the community but space is limited, so please register through Eventbrite to secure your spot.
Note: Reservations for each month will be released at 10 AM the Monday before the first class of the month. Due to classes being outdoors, in the event of inclement weather (rain, snow, or hazardous conditions), the class will be canceled. Power 45 Spin with Rachael: High-intensity 45-minute cardio workout in which you will pedal through hill climbs, sprints, jumps, and other challenging drills all to the beat of high-energy music!
